From the beginning of this chaotic adventure Adam went above and beyond what any normal contractor/plumber has ever shown me in my 25 years of contracting. He went so far as to rearrange his personal schedule in order to get our extensive plumbing issues resolved, enabling us to start the next step in the process of our unexpected home repairs. We are extremely grateful for both his impressive work ethic and accommodating professionalism

Overall excellent service from a variety of workers from Rooter Ranger. Several workers helped with underground sewer main line pipe replacement. Teyon replaced my shutoff lever that was corroded and seized up as well as the shutoff valve to toilet (before and after pics attached). He was great, pleasant, and efficient. Workmanship is also great. Exceptional service all the way around. Very responsive even on a weekend. I highly recommend.

My water heater unexpectedly conked out, and we were without hot water for several days. Brandon was able to get out early this morning, and unfortunately the unit needed replacement, but he was able to get me a new one same day! My new unit is much more reliable, safer and up to code. I will never use a different plumbing service, this one is the best!

This company operates similarly to a timeshare company. Let me keep it brief: they conducted an inspection using a snake camera, but the video was never shared with me. The inspection cost me around $300. They then quoted me $1,800 to replace a toilet. I ended up replacing it myself with a different brand for a third of the price. As humans, we should aim to help one another, not exploit people to make thousands of dollars at their expense. Back to the timeshare analogy—two representatives came to my house, insisting on meeting with me and my wife to discuss replacing a $1,800 toilet while sitting in my dining room. This was absurd, and I’ll never call them again. One final note: they market themselves as the go-to responders for clogged toilets. Be cautious!

Barney the service tech showed up on his appointed time very knowledgeable and fix the leak with no problems I would highly recommend this company.

Antonio did an amazing job! He was kind and courteous and took the time to explain the services required and why. He also allowed me to see his work in action before he left. His repair was quick! I cannot express the level of professionalism this company presented. As a proud owner of a landscaping company customer service and quality work is very important to us. Every associate was very patient and explain the situation we were dealing with perfectly. These are often unexpected expenses and can become sensitive with the price of repairs. They made the process seamless and approachable. I will use no one else moving forward. They will be my go to from this point forward. I wish I had more projects for them. That is how good they were.
